Strength Is Earned
Strength cannot be purchased, borrowed, or inherited. It's earned through thousands of ordinary decisions nobody else sees.
THE BLUE COLLAR PERFORMANCE COMPANY
Not inherited. Not purchased. Not luck. MMBC is the brand for people who earn their strength before sunrise, after a ten hour shift, one honest rep at a time.

FOUNDER'S LETTER
"Companies don't become great because they sell products. They become great because they stand for something worth building."
LOU GRAM AKA BIG SHIFTER, FOUNDER
I came up in Detroit. Where I'm from, ain't nobody handing you nothing. There weren't no shortcuts, no easy way out. Just regular people getting up every day, putting in work, and doing what they had to do to make something happen.
My pops taught me something early on that stuck with me. Your word is everything. If you say you're gonna do something, stand on it. If you start something, finish it. That's how I was raised, and that's how I've carried myself ever since.
Before the businesses and everything else, I knew what it meant to put in real work. Long days, dirty hands, coming home tired and getting right back to it the next morning. That type of work builds something in you that money can't buy. It teaches you discipline. It teaches you respect. Most importantly, it teaches you that nothing worth having comes easy.
When I started looking at the fitness industry, something didn't sit right with me. I kept thinking about the people I grew up around. The mechanics turning wrenches all day. The construction workers out there in the freezing cold. The men and women working twelve-hour shifts, raising families, and still finding time to better themselves.
Those are the people I respect. Those are the people who built the cities we come from. But you hardly ever see them getting represented.
That's where Murder Muscle Barbell Club comes from.
We didn't build MMBC because the world needed another supplement company. We built it for the people who really put that work in. The ones who don't need somebody watching to give a hundred percent. The ones who understand that respect ain't given, it's earned.
And let me make one thing clear. Murder Muscle ain't about violence. It's about murdering every excuse you got. It's about getting up and handling your business whether you feel like it or not. It's about discipline, determination, and standing on what you believe in.
I ain't worried about MMBC being the biggest brand in the world. That's never been what this is about.
Twenty years from now, I want somebody to look at what we built and know it meant something. That we stood for the working man and woman. That we represented the people who never got the recognition they deserved.
Because at the end of the day, anybody can sell a product. Not everybody can stand for something.

Motivation is emotional. Discipline is dependable. We don't wait to feel inspired — we do the work anyway.
Article III
There is dignity in work. It doesn't matter whether you wear steel-toed boots, scrubs, a business suit, or gym clothes. Work teaches responsibility. Responsibility builds character. Character determines legacy.
Article IV
Strength is not measured by what someone can lift. It is measured by what someone is willing to carry. The parent who sacrifices. The employee who never quits. The entrepreneur risking everything. Responsibility reveals true strength.
Article V
MMBC will never ask customers to become someone else. Our job is to help them become the strongest version of who they already are.
Article VI
We don't exist to sell supplements or apparel. We exist to serve people. Products are simply how we do it.

Integrity is not situational. If we make a promise, we keep it. If we make a mistake, we own it. If we fail, we learn from it. Trust takes years to build. Seconds to lose.
Article VIII
No one succeeds alone. The strongest communities are built on mutual respect. We encourage each other. We challenge each other. We celebrate each other's victories. Community builds stronger people.
